Sherrie’s Remedy Room does not accept returns and does not issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or damage during transit—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, work with you to resolve it.

Non-Refundable Situations
